What’s Happening

We’ve recently upgraded our platform to improve security and performance.


During this transition, some login systems are still syncing behind the scenes.

Current Issue

Some users are experiencing:
  • Trouble logging in
  • Trouble resetting passwords
  • 404 error pages upon login or logout
  • Unable to upload documents

Troubleshooting

1. Reset your password
If you’ve been logged out, you’ll need to reset your password to log back in. Use the “Forgot your password?” option on the login page, or go here:

2. Clear your browser cache
This resolves most loading/login issues.

3. Try using incognito/private mode
This bypasses cached data that might be interfering.
